Dear Life, I’m living vicariously through my sister who is on a yoga retreat in Italy, staying at a farm near the sea. I receive photos of incredible sights, people, and gatherings for meals at a long picnic table in an outdoor kitchen. Wonderful food. Heaven. Today I have Physical Therapy, strengthening my body’s endurance for future trips to Italy and beyond!
