Love Letter to Life 09.04.2026 Daily Practice

Dear Life, Daily Practice is a pleasure. I wake to a new day, read a spiritual inspiration, pray, meditate, and write. I love the quiet and the soft hues of early morning. And coffee. I write a Love Letter to Life; gratitude for being alive. I go to my studio and sit at my work tables, using art materials to express my creative voice. I enjoy “manageable” projects to get my hand moving: an 8″ x 8″ book of watercolors, small acrylic paintings, and a book of collages. Then I breakout onto a larger surface. Life of an artist. Focus – Practice – Community.

Love Letter to Life 03.06.2026 Daily Practices

Dear Life, I am grateful to have daily practices: prayer and meditation, reading and journaling, art-making and writing, walking and breathing deep, reaching out to friends and participating in community. These are the foundation for living a sane and sober life no matter how the world is spinning. I maintain my serenity consciously. I remember there is light and joyful love even in darkness. Lean Into Love.

Love Letter to Life 10.14.2025 Heart Movement

Dear Life, I am blessed to be an artist with a unique creative voice. (PS we each have a unique voice) Sometimes I scratch my head, wondering what to express. When this happens, I have experience in the practice of making art that tells me, “get out of your head, drop into your heart and move your hand”. Yesterday I tore up brown paper and collaged it onto newsprint. I will follow this energy today. Be In My Heart. Ah, Dear Life!
