Dear Light, My dear friend, Virginia King, passed peacefully from this world on 02.26.2026. Her beaming smile and loving spirit will always shine through the people who love her, rainbows, and stars. She and I shared the intimacy of a deep friendship and the complex journey of living with cancer. Virginia did this with grace, humor, brilliance and encouragement: “Be Brave, Pamela”.

Love Letter to Life 10.13.2024 Enjoying Friends

Dear Life, I am grateful to share my life with beautiful friends: a road trip on Thursday and Saturday, my first lunch/card party in new home serving a Greek Feast. Today I will drive to Galisteo for the Artist Studio Tour and visit friends. I lived in the village 1999-2009 and remain close to artists still living there. As I write this, I am eating toast with Marscarpone cheese and french Strawberry Jam. Heaven. Life is good.
