Dear Life, My art and spiritual practices help message “Keep Going”. This is especially true when “Life gets lifey”. We all need strength when the road feels bumpy. For weeks, my interior life has been percolating. What changes are coming? I change from the inside-out. I am working on my project, Inside-Out. Keep going and see where it leads.
