Dear Life, Summer Solstice is here and with it a desire to grab a beach chair and my bathing suit. Alas, I live in the high desert far from the ocean. However I can experience a Lightness of Being in the beauty surrounding me and ultimately within me. The energy of summer helps me release any “weight” blocking me from the Lightness of Being. Be gone fear and worries. It’s a beach day! Today that means going to the studio and planting my toes in the waves of creativity and lunching with a friend. Happy Solstice, Everyone!
