Dear Life, Two days of travel, a thousand miles rolled under the wheels of White Angel from Santa Fe, NM to Wichita Falls, TX where I slept one night and woke to an epic thunderstorm. Fortunately, it cleared by 10:00am. Got back on the road and out of TX, through Louisiana and into Vicksburg, MI. I chose a hotel on the banks of the Mississippi River. This officially marks crossing from the west into the east. Today I travel southeast to the Gulf of Mexico and to the northwest of Florida. Tomorrow I reach my first destination, Amelia Island, FL.
