Dear Life, My dear friend, Virginia, who is in hospice, sat up and said to me, “Be Brave….” Specific projects were discussed including the Love Letters. She had been reading, editing, and helping me move forward to publish. I find it challenging to write and make art with the depth of grief I feel but I am creating, I am being brave.
I enter the Chinese New Year of the Fire Horse in the sunrise of renewed intention and the sunset of my friend’s love.
