Dear Life, Low energy for a couple of days caused some emotional disturbance. One doesn’t come through years of cancer treatment unscathed. When my energy lags or a bruise appears, I wonder “Is the cancer back?” I usually dismiss the thought and answer quietly, “No, I am healthy”. The 6-month PetScan and followup with oncologist needs to be scheduled. Ah, the “disturbance” comes with wondering what will the scan show.
Living in the moment is essential for my well-being.
